August 14, 2008 – mfung asked: "What is your take on today's rally with Fuel Tech? And where do you see it going?

Fuel Tech (Nasdaq:FTEK) released its Q2 results earlier this week, posting net income of $0.45 million, or $0.02 per share on revenue of $18.8 million, which was up a modest 16% on a Y/Y basis. Roth Capital quickly lowered its price target on the stock to $16 and it traded sideways most of the week until today’s session, when it jumped $2.67, or 17% on higher-than-average volume.
